Ready for recovery?
If you have been through Breast Cancer Treatment (no matter how recent or long ago), book for your free private session to put you on the best path back to health.
I have experience with many people who have been going through treatment or have previously had their treatment. Together, we can look at how your alignment may have altered or review any physiotherapy exercises you have been given.
Cancer can leave you feeling tired and a little unsure; or ready to take on the world and leave it behind you. Movement may be the last thing you feel like doing after breast cancer surgery. You may be exhausted, your arm may be painful and swollen, and the adjuvant treatments can leave you feeling low. However, recent studies indicate that moderate physical exercise can significantly help your body deal with the treatment better, recover faster and is linked to better lower term prognosis.
Whatever YOUR take on it, I can help you develop an appropriate home practice to restore your body, prepare you to join a group class; or simply chat through what options there are, if you are not ready for the yet.
Self Care is the new Health Care and it would be a privilege to help you. Please Contact me for a confidential chat and your discount code.
