Chair Yoga is open to anyone who wishes to take a gentle, mindful and aligned approach to a weekly yoga practice.
Join us for an hour of breath, movement and meditation that can be adapted to your needs.
No experience is necessary - beginners and those with an existing yoga practice are equally welcome. As are people who are recovering from illness, injury or those who spend time caring for others and could do with some time to themselves to recharge.
