Move Better
Improve your balance, strength and joint mobility with simple (but not always easy) controlled moves. You need a chair, a rolled up towel and a large book. Get in touch if you would like to be first to know when classes start up again; and in the meantime, join the Online Library and practice at home.
Contemporary Pilates
Strength, flexibility and Control. Various levels, suitable for Beginners and Improvers. You may need a mat, some blankets, a soft ball or cushion and some weights.
Classical Pilates
Based upon on the original programme building through resistance training and a set sequence. Various levels, suitable for Beginners and Improvers. You may need a mat, some blankets, a soft ball or cushion and some weights.

Chair Yoga

Private Sessions
Sometimes it is appropriate to start with a Private Session to explore a particular challenge, or to have a tailored programme. They are also used as a confidence builder for anyone who has not exercised in a while, or is injured.
