Move Better - Human Agility and Natural Movement
Improve your Balance, Strength and Function. This class works on the micro movements that get your body ready for moving more. Using alignment markers to wake up those parts of your body that are sedentary and spread the load to ease the parts that are being over used.
Gentle, simple - and sometimes not easy. However, all moves are adapted to suit your needs, and are supported with props to make them accessible to everyone.
